Come to a MELT Intro Workshop and experience changes in how your body looks and feels. Learn simple self-treatments you can do at home to remain active, healthy, and pain-free for life.

This all-level workshop will use soft rollers and small MELT Hand and Foot Treatment Balls to simulate the results of manual therapy. Learn to eliminate stuck stress before it accumulates causing chronic aches, pains, and unwanted signs of aging. Reduce inflammation, ease chronic neck and low back strain, improve alignment, enhance athletic performance, and keep your whole body feeling great at any age.

During class you’ll learn to:

• Identify where you have stuck stress in your body, a major cause of chronic aches and pains

• Use the MELT Hand and Foot Treatment, a unique indirect treatment for your whole body

• Improve your Body Sense and notice the changes as your body effortlessly finds greater alignment and balance

• Activate your own core strength and stability

MELT 3-Week Intro Session

Our 3-week MELT Intro Session workshop is where you’ll learn other MELT movements and sequences. Take these movements home to help alleviate everyday aches and pains.

  • Safely and effectively decompress your own neck and low back
